So I'm googling all of my friends by name and I'm pissed at google. At some point in typing all my friends' names google prompts their name eventually. So for instance if I type Nate Mu google is like "Nate Mumford, I'll take it from here Dan." Except that it doesn't do that for my name, and that hurts google, it hurts a lot. Also if you google another friend's name the seventh thing is called "Porn Site Strip Club," which is awesome. See if you figure out which one! Or not, her bf works(worked?) for college humor. And if you don't know now then you'll never guess.
I just looked at my finances, and it's not like I have a ton of financial obligations but I've been spending money like it's going out of style. It's almost absurd how much I've been spending. Although a huge chunk of that is tution related it's still a bit alarming.
It's nice to see a team other than the Mets completely beat themselves in a playoff series other than the Mets. Watching this Yankees-Twins series has been almost nostalgic for me, it's like watching the Mets and Yankees in that 2000(I think) World Series. The same mental mistakes are there, the blown save by the closer when the team made a huge base running blunder earlier that would have provided further insurance. I swear all that's missing is Bobby V.
Once again I've put myself in one of my self pitying/depressed moods. Which I have developed quite the talent for, and it's all because I realize something or finally accept some fact that I haven't before hand and then everything just kind of piles on. Gonna do what I always do, listen to depressing music(btw, Weekend Stars of Purchase, NY), make a list of things I should do from now on, listen to the Damnwells and then move on(although not necessarily forward).
The list for those interested goes something as follows...
1. Get over it.
2. Write more.
3. Read more.
4. Grow up.
My Christmas story is progressing slower than it should, but just about as quickly as I realistically expected. Anyways it's probably not gonna be finished by Thanksgiving as hoped. Turns out that school work, my overall laziness, and the difficulty of writing a children's story that you can actually be proud of is rather tough for me. But the process is moving forward, ever so slowly, major characters are in place and the story is constantly being altered. Not that you care.
